Title: No womb and estrogen intolerant and possibly also progesterone

Hi
I’ve had the hysterectomy due to fibroids I’m estrogen dominant with severe anxiety and severe diarrhoea. Original symptoms that caused me to go into patch have cleared up but left with estrogen dominance.
I’m trying progesterone 100 mg one every other day for a week then increase. Bit it looks like  I’m  also progesterone intolerant Anxiety appears to have increased.
Has anyone any suggestions. I can’t go back to No hrt as my symptoms were debilitating ( severe muscle spasms that kept me a wake for hours during the night twitching during the day also. Really bad muscle pain in back and ribs.  My hot flushes were easy compared to these symptoms.  Xx :(

 Hi perinowpost. I can’t find the other post you’ve replied to still finding my way around this forum
