Hi can I insert Overton during  the day rather than at night . As after work and shower 3rd I just feel so tired and forget . Also after intercourse it's a bit of a mess to insert without it falling out lol

Sure you can. You can insert it at any time you feel suits you.  :)

Most use VA treatments at night so that any excess doesn't run out ;-). It's OK to use when it fits in with your schedule.  If necessary every day/night.

It doesn't matter when you use it, whatever suits your lifestyle.

I use Ovestin in the morning now, GP suggested it after sleep problems. It has made a difference
