I’ve meant to ask this before - since coming off HRT 6 years ago I just can’t have a good cry. A few tears creep out occasionally but when I had my own hormones and then those from the patches I often had a good cry.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm the same, I take Anti-depressant medecation. Unless it's a programme like giving out awards, then I blub a bit. A good cry clears the brain 4 me.
The end of The Incredible Journey will set me off ;)

Hi CLKD I think the only time I really sobbed was a programme on how bad it was in care homes during the pandemic. People had photos of their loved ones on their phones, one lady I noticed was a lot older and she had a lot smaller phone and I cried buckets Flutterby x

It's things that I am unable to alter that upsets me, i.e. Mum's care home situation.
As well as needing to cry but DH sitting beside me and somehow, I can't let go ::)
