Title: HRT WHICH ROUTE IS BEST?

Hello I am new to the menopause matters forum. I would like advice on which route to take HRT. My GP has given me the different routes to take HRT but I’m still not sure which one to take.

Hello Barb and welcome to the forum. HRT is such a personal choice and everybody will like different types. What has your DR suggested you try?

Hi Barb, welcome! To help you choose, you could have a look at the treatment options on the main menu of this site. Every one is so different, so I would start with whatever fits best with your lifestyle. (Oestrogel is the easiest to titrate when starting.)

Hi look on the banner at the top of the page and you should see the word "Treatments".  Click on that x
