I've been reading the side effects of the estraderm patches and on it, it states that one of the side effects is trouble sleeping.
Does anyone else have trouble sleeping from the patches and if I went to using the gel and used it in the mornings would that alleviate any issues regarding estrogen and not sleeping x

My advice is stop reading the side effects 😀

Yes you're right Dotty.
I just don't feel well mentally or physically at the moment xx

You say you feel physically unwell … what are your physical symptoms?
-
i feel tired my mind is forgetful im craving sugar i have no energy or motivation to do anything anymore im so very anxious around beftime as well xxx
-
Have these symptoms been there for a while ? Did you suffer with these before hrt ?
-
well the anxiety wss there a little before hrt.
i always slept right until getting tinnitis.
what made me think about starting hrt was when my tinnitus was under control or not bothering me my sleep didnt return back to normal but continued getting worst x
before that i was literally fine xx

Tinnitus is a symptom of low oestrogen as are all the others that you describe. Have you ever filled in a questionnaire about menopause symptoms ?
