Title: Back Pain & cracking

Does any else suffer with upper back & shoulder pain. Mine seems to be getting worse & at night my back cracks a lot. It sounds like a breaking chicken bone.
I have been on Evorel Sequi patches for nearly 2 months. So far they have helped with my low moods. I still feel very tired all the time & I can’t be bothered a lot of the time because I don’t have the energy. Will the patches eventually help with the back pain? Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

Hi Law. Yes! Lots of debilitating neck pain for a few years now and a horrible loud crunking sensation in my neck and shoulders when I move, so loud my husband winces. I’m 47. Seems to be getting better after two months on Estrogel.. hope you see some improvements soon.
