Title: Progesterone question
Post by: Givemeabreak on October 11, 2022, 09:18:23 AM
Hi, I have a tech question.

I read good things about micronised progesterone  i.e. Utrogestan I understand it comes from yams and is less risky.

Is the progesterone in Evorel micronised - the leaflet mentions norethisterone - is the origin also yams?

Is there a difference in risks?!  :o

Thanks in advance  :)

Noresthisterone is synthetic so technically yes there is more risk x

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

So much to learn about!

Is FemSeven also synthetic?

It is so difficult to choose a treatment…  :'(

Yes I believe that contains levonorgestrel which is also synthetic. If you go to the top of the menu and look in treatment options there is everything currently available there x
