Anyone have any relaxation tips, my stress levels are through the ceiling at the moment. I just need to get through the next 4 weeks and I will be fine. Just need to find ways to relax any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi star35, sorry to hear you are feeling so stressed. I suffer badly myself -and will be looking forward to seeing what others suggest - but I have found the Balance Meditation and Sleep app to be very good, I couldn't get into meditation until I found this app but I do use it a lot. At one time they were offering a whole year free although I don't know if that is still the case. Lynda x

Hi Lynda07 thank for your reply, I will look into the app. I know I will be fine I just need to find some way of relaxing.
