Title: Perimenopause

Hi

I am new to group and been on HRT for 9 months and has been working well but not so much lately.  I notice it more when due my period.  Also I think I may of mucked up my patches routine - obviously this will affect it i presume?  I have now been keeping a record of what putting on

Just asking as to whether this will affect how I am feeling and any advice please

Hello julesp. Welcome to the forum. It is easy to forget patch days. I write the days I am meant to take mine on the box they come in. Would you like to say a bit more about which HRT you are taking and which symptoms you are noticing before your period? This will help members to advise you further.
