Hi

I understand if your oestrogen isn’t optimised then your body will turn the testosterone to oestrogen if that helps?

Hello ladies.

I also understand that the body converts testosterone to Oestrogen if levels are low.

The doctor at Newson Health explained that I needed to get my Oestrogen up to a significant amount before testosterone could be added otherwise the benefits of testosterone are lost.

I wonder if this conversion is something that women do in the absence of HRT. In other words at post meno we use our testosterone to compensate for the loss of Oestrogen from our ovaries. Just a thought lol.

Take care ladies.

K.

Apologies for late reply but I wondered what level that was Kathleen? Or was it symptom based?
