Hi, I was on evorel50 and evorelconti for two months but now my GP has increased estrogen to evorel75 with utrogestan. I am currently wearing my evorelconti patch and due to change it on Sunday. I'm know I can start wearing my evorel75 patches going forward, but how do I know when day 15 is to start taking utrogestan for the 12 days?

Hi there Jay Jay
You finish your current course of Evorel 50 and Evorel conti ie two complete weeks of Evorel conti - then start the Evorel 75 and this is Day 1 irrespective of when you bleed. Good luck!

Thank you for your help Hurdity. I thought so, but wanted to make sure. It's all so confusing to keep track of now I have to take the Utrogestan for 12 days starting on day 15. Patches are so much easier. Us women have to go through so much. I'm glad I've found this forum.
Thanks again xx
