Title: patch change day.

i normally put my patches on my bum cheeks.

 im experimenting putting them on my belly today. it is ok to put them there isnt it xxx

Hi I think the advice is “below the waist”, so should be fine x

I find the best place for me is the lower back. Anywhere else seems to fall off even with Tegaderm dressing. I hope the stomach is a good place for yours. :)

i use the tegaderm dressings tbey're really useful xxxx
