Morning ladies.
Anyone swear by any over the counter aids for menopause. I have used true veda which are £20 per bottle so felt they were pretty expensive but now I'm thinking of getting them again.. recently bought asdas own for 2 quid but only been taking for 1 week yet so unsure if any good.
Any advice would be good? X

Morning Pennylane
I think it depends on your symptoms. I tried OTC for vaginal atrophy without success and I rely on local estrogen.
Some herbal remedies help hot flushes but again it depends how severe your menopause symtoms are and how it effects your quality of life. There is an alternative therapy thread that might give you some insight into treating without HRT.
