Title: Lenzetto & disposal/ recycling
Post by: Hannah2 on September 11, 2022, 11:02:11 AM
Hi

I have been on Lenzetto for about 3 weeks now as I wasn’t absorbing patches.  I have been prescribed 4 sprays a day so I do 3 in the morning and 1 at night.  Seems to be suiting me so far!  I have also started testosterone, I have Testim gel, and in myself I think I definitely feel less lethargic, don’t feel as exhausted at the end of the day.  All good news!

However, I am now on my second lenzetto spray and not sure how to dispose of the first one, I have done a Google search and some info says not to put in domestic waste as it still has residual doses.  I also don’t want to add the plastic to landfill! Has anyone managed to recycle via pharmacy? Or will they just put it for incineration?

At your local Pharmacy?  Get a few to take along ...... I think that they are then burnt.

My local Boots take all unwanted medication and my old inhalers. I agree to never dispose of them in household waste.
