 Hi, just joined today.

Im 48 came off the mini pill (just took to stop periods) and went straight on HRT

I tried patches and they just fell off, hubby went to work with one stuck to his foot 🤣

Im on utrogestan & oestrogel, does anyone find their sex drive has increased?

Im struggling with the taking on an empty stomach as snack in evenings (guess its better for my weight loss)

I find that my nightsweats are almost non existant, for which im grateful and im sleeping alot better, so much so my dreams are weird and very vivid

Hello Gillingham. Welcome to the forum. I laughed at your husband going to work with one of your patches stuck to him. ;D They do not stick to me either and I have to put Tegaderm dressings over them.

I do not have any advice but just wanted to welcome you.

If you take utro vaginally it doesn't matter how full your stomach is.
