Hi all,

I’m 44 and went through the menopause about 10 years ago. Recently had my meds changed to patches and daily pill and my hot flushes are out of control? Any advice would be life changing thanks x

Hello Spikeyd77. Welcome to the forum. Which HRT are you on now? Do you know why they changed it if you were doing well on the previous HRT?

I think you need to increase your oestrogen. Do tell us what you're on currently?
