I had a full hysterectomy 15 years ago and was put straight on hrt. Recently my estrogen levels have increased to estrogen 370 and testosterone 0.4.
Does this sound about right or is the estrogen to high. Normally I have estrogen at around 240.

Hi LoupyLou - your oestrogen levels don't really matter that much as long as not too high or too low. They also vary. Do you still have your ovaries? More important is how you feel. How do you feel?
Testosterone test levels are very inaccurate for women because they are at the low end of the scale, though it is recommended (by BMS) generally to monitor them to ensure they remain within the female range. Also it is usually recommended to measure SHBG as well as T dso you can calculate Female Androgen Index (a crude meausre of free T and therefore a rough proxy measure for libido).
