Title: Anxiety

Been on femoston 2/10 for years but I've noticed my anxiety and moods are worse when I'm on the white tablets seem OK when taking the red ones anyone feel the same it driving me crazy crying all the time feel really moody for no reason any help or advice would be much appreciated

Maybe you need a change in your hrt? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Or even higher it.
Hopefully someone will advise you.
I’m on Femoston conti. I’m post meno,  so can’t advise because yours are the two separate pills aren't they?

Hi Dawn

I’ve never used Femoston but I presume the red ones are the oestrogen only tablets.

If that’s correct and you’re ok on the white one’s (which contain the progesterone as well), you might be better going on the Femeston conti.
