Title: Side Effects from Increasing HRT

I have just increased my evorel patches from 50 to 75 and it’s been a week and I have this lower stomach and ovulation type pain - is this normal and does it go away after a while?

Oh that at sounds familiar actually. I found it v hard from 50 to 75. I also found I had more period pain. (Try zinc supplements around period if you do.)

My issues were more water retention and aching legs and feet but it did eventually settle. I’ve decided to go up to 100 via some half 25 patches for a while as a half way point.
