I’m so fed up, was having a few good days and then bam! Massive anxiety surge, lightheaded stomach like a tornado and no reason why! Now tormenting myself as to why this has happened. Then remembered it could be the hormones rearing their ugly heads again!
I’m 10 years in from peri diagnosis and not had a bleed for almost 3 years. Does it ever go away?

Sorry to hear this Spangles. I hope you can rest and be kind to yourself.

Anxiety is the pits >:(
Remind me: R U taking anything? It may be hormonal upheaval. Ovaries will still release small amounts of oestrogen, enough to cause anxiety.
How is your diet over all? Eating regularly can help ease any surges. My GP prescribed beta blockas in early 2000s to help those early morning attacks.
