Hi all,
I am 57 and have been post meno for about 4 years. I am about to start HRT as I have chronic initiation insomnia and severe anxiety and depression and I am wondering if it's all connected to my hormones. I am wanting HRT that will mainly help with getting me to sleep and reducing my anxiety. I am wanting to try estrogen patches, however with progesterone, am I right in thinking that vaginal progesterone has less side effects that taking it orally?
