I had a full hysterectomy 15 years ago and was put on evorel 100 straight away. Recently, i have been experiencing low mood, really bad foggy head, sinus issues and very blurry eyesight in the mornings. Is this part of the menopause? Feel like I am in a blur most days. Really need some advise Ladies?

It was over two years ago. I am due to see the Consultant again on the 7th September.

As I am waking up my eyes seem to rock from side to side very fast for a few seconds, I forget until the next morning ::), as well as being blurry .
It may be that your need a hike in regime. MayB take a list of queries with you to the appt.?

Loopylou l haven't heard of blurry eyes being a symptom of meno but dry eyes can be (which might contribute) as can the other symptoms you mention such as low mood and foggy head. It's good you are having a review soon but l would definitely see an optician as well to check out your eyes.

I was getting blurry eyes and had an eye test. All was fine so I think it is a menopause symptom. I once looked it up and saw others experienced it too. It is really scary not being able to see as usual. It is happening to me less and less now.

I used to get recurring sinus problems and nasal polyp on one side. I found the OTC nasal sprays helpful plus a facial steamer with a nose attachment. Stress also brought on anything sinus.
I've just removed a link from Vogel that mentioned menopause and sinus but i've had to remove it as it had a price showing for a nasal spray. I will try and find another link later.
