Title: How long pill break?

Hello all

As I'm doing 3 packs of my birth control back to back and have been told by gp...and seen others on here who put the same thing...that you can just have a 4 day pill break instead of the 7 to minimise unwanted side effects from progesterone withdrawal.
My question is what if in those 4 days I do not get my bleed.? Do I hang out and wait or do I start my new pack? X
