I have been prescribed Testrol to apply every other day, after 2 months of using it, there has been no difference in libido. Strangely, the areas they say can benefit you have acted in reverse for me. I wasn't fatigued before, but have been. My mood is probably lower rather than lifted, and my hair has been coming out in clumps, which wasn't happening before when I was just on the oestrogen and progesterone. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms?

Hi Brindle
Did you have your free testosterone tested before you started it?
If not, don’t worry, but I think you should get it tested now.
Are you still peri? X

Hi Marchlove,
Yes I did and it was low. I think I am just still peri x

That’s very odd!
I think you should get tested again.
That said you obviously needed the testosterone so it’s strange your reacting in this way. There’s a imbalance somewhere but not sure what to advise.
Let us know what your results are and I’ll have another think.
Hopefully others will be along x

Yes, it seems that all the benefits of it are working in reverse with me! Ill contact my GP or go back to the menopause clinic. Thanks
