Hi I have had 17 months without a period. Age 57. I get on well with Evorel Sequi
Should I now switch to Evorel Conti as my periods have stopped. Should I just be the same on them? Any downsides or things I should note?

You can swap to conti. You may have breakthrough bleeding for the first six months but then it should settle down. Were you already post-meno (one year without a natural period) before you started Evorel sequi?

When you say they've stopped - how long for and how long have you been on hrt? Just a bit concerned your lining may have built up if you're on sequi but aren't bleeding.

HI periods stopped in March 2021. So not bleeding since then but wasnt sure had stopped as had been very erratic for several years.
Have been on Evorel Sequi for several years prior to that and continue to be on it.
Appreciate any advice

I would say that if you have been on Evorel sequi for several years but have not been having regular monthly withdrawal bleeds then a transvaginal scan and ultrasound of the womb would be a good idea. This is to check the thickness of your womb lining to make sure it hasn't built up. If this is ok then swapping to conti is fine. Not sure what others think?

I agree, I think you should have a scan.

Hi not everyone bleeds on a Sequi regime so it could be that you have reached menopause x
