hello is anyone else suffering from memory lapses im perimenopausal its horrible

Yep.  We have a thread : doing stupid things : you'll see how it affects many of us  ::)

Brain fog is common.  I have always kept lists ........... otherwise nothing would get done.  We also have a his/hers calendar, it is ain't written on it we ain't doing it.

How R your periods behaving?

Hi Menomadness

Definitely, it was one of my first peri meno symptoms and I found it really scary.  It has been halted with the use of hrt, and although it’s never got any better it’s not got any worse either x

I can be in the middle of a sentence and forget what I'm about to say, or even worse is not being able to remember a particular word.
Sometimes I wonder if it's because I'm often alone and don't have as much company as I used to when I was at work.
