Title: Burning pain constantly vaginal atrophy??

Hello I am a new member today and I am in need of some kind of help regarding symptoms of burning heavy constant pain.. could this be vaginal atrophy? I'm currently on 75 patches along with progesterone tablets also Estradiol vaginally X3 a week. I have also in the last 2 days started on VM moisturiser to see if this relieves anything but pretty desperate now to know what to do! Any help or advice would be great.
