So today I’m feeling really shattered and tired, I’m on day 6 of new HRT , Progesterone at bedtime 100mg and 1 pump of Oestrogel 75 mg , changed from Kliovance , just wondering if I would be getting these issues so early in, many thanks .Carolyn

Yep, it could take a while to settle.
