Hi
anyone suffer with this please while on HRT? i started HRT 9th may

Yes, estrogen causes me to poop more frequently and I need it - without it I get very constipated!

Progesterone (without enough estrogen) gives me really sluggish guts and the opposite...

Morning. During my menstruating years, 10 mins B4 a bleed, I would have to dash to the loo with 'the runs'.  Even if a period wasn't due  >:(.  No argument, I had to 'go'!

Hormones can cause gut/bowel alterations.
