Hi, I've been on Oestrogel/Utrogestan for nearly a year now. Taking utrogestan on wks 3/4 of cycle. My bleeds have been fairly regular (28 days) but for the last 2 cycles they have come during the 2nd week of taking utrogestan.
Last month I stopped the utrogestan when I started bleeding (thinking I would be all out of line with my cycle) but its happened again. I've only had 3 weeks btw bleeds. Should I carry on with the utrogestan or stop again?

Keep taking the utrogestan even if you bleed early. But you could follow this idea - which covers what to do if you bleed whilst taking the utrogestan, taking your new 'day 1' as the first day of bleeding: https://www.cemcor.ubc.ca/resources/cyclic-progesterone-therapy
