Title: Pins & needles

Hi,
First post and new here. Been on Estrogel since the age of 46. I’m on 5 pumps of Estrogel. I’m still getting bad pins and needles. My bloods show I’m not absorbing well. I’m considering the patch. Any tips please? I’m trying plain soap and 4 pumps in the morning and one at night. 🫶

Where are the pins and needles?  Some ladies get carpal tunnel syndrome when pregnant so hormones can certainly contribute.
