I know nothing about synthetic progesterone options and just keen to hear any feedback from anyone who is using or has tried anything else - do you use it cyclically, or is synthetic Progesterone used continuously etc?

I've read on here, norethisterone causes problems for some.
Utrogestan is better as it's not synthetic, it's bioidentical.
Another option would be a "plant progestin" - if there is such a thing.
Sorry to put a question on your thread.
Is there a plant progestin?

Hi Gilla,
I just started Cyclogest last night, using it on a 200mg nightly Conti regime. You can use this vaginally or rectally.
Only the first night but I slept like a log.
