Title: Evorel sequi - longer cycle??? Hurdity

Hi Hurdity

I remember reading I think that you do a longer cycle. I wondered if it possible to do this whilst in evorel sequi.

I need to avoid a bleed so is it ok to continue for another couple of weeks on the evorel 50 then take the conti patches?

I do need to go bleed free but don’t want to be on the noresthisterone every day.

Any advice appreciated.
