Title: moving from tablets to patches?

Hello, i'm a newbie here and just wondering if there is anyone with experience of moving from a tablet to a combined patch? I spoke to the GP today about the tablet not being so effective and symptoms worsening again. Hoping I'm doing the right thing?! Any advice or pointing me to the right thread would be appreciated.

MayB put the product which you have used into the search box and then prescribed meds to see what's what?

Someone should be along with proper advice  ::)

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  Browse round.  Makes notes.
