Title: Has anyone managed to source any Lenzetto from anywhere?

Really struggling to find any availability and with my recent failed attempt at moving to Estradot because of finding the dose too high and it triggering my ongoing urticaria issues, I really can't afford to be switching products again at the moment without knowing it would be an exact (or very close) dose equivalent, as it seems to be the fluctuations that are causing it.
