I have been using Ovestin since November. Vagifem does not agree with me. I no longer have any dryness but my bladder feels awful. It feels like it is full of water all the time. I am constantly going to the loo and cannot empty my bladder fully. I will go a bit then have to keep trying to go more. It is disrupting my sleep and I am really tired. I told the menopause Dr who prescribed Imvaggis. It is out of stock everywhere round here. I wondered if anybody else has this? I take pain killers but I do not think it really helps much.
I only drink water, nothing else. Right now I am lying in bed as my bladder hurts and I am tired. I tried sleeping but the constant trips to the loo make it impossible.

So uncomfy for you. You need to push to be referred to a continence advisor/pelvic specialist where you can have an assessment to see how your bladder is behaving. There are different conditions. Also a cystoscopy would be useful so that you can see whether you have any inflammation in the bladder. I agree with Taz. I have to push my belly in order to empty my bladder, as I can't feel urine leaving my body ::). When I feel the need2P symptoms I take 'nurofen' 2 x 3 times a day, to relieve that nip when the bladder shuts off the flow.

Just wanted to send you a big hug Flossie, that bladder issue sounds awful.
Think you need to push for a full investigation now, as it doesn’t sound healthy to me. You can’t live like this permanently .
Ring the GP and push for a referral to a bladder specialist ASAP.

Well I remember how wretched I felt in April and June with my bladder. I honestly thought it was never going to get better.
I know you have suffered a long time with this now and really it needs to be investigated. It’s not fair on you, to suffer this way.

That is so sweet of you. I am unable to go out as I am housebound but I appreciate all the support I am having on here. :)
