I take seabuckthorn capsules. I buy mine from Holland and Barret. I felt a difference after 3weeks.

Is that taken or applied Flossieteacake?

It's a loss of oestrogen, the most reliable treatment is prescribed replacement i.e. 'ovestin' or 'vagifam'. (I think  :-\ I'm having a moment).  Some find that they require replacement as well as a mositorisor.

They are taken by mouth. I do use ovestin daily too. I have just found the capsules add some moisture.  :)
