Hi all
My first time on here and posting.
I’m 48 and I’m 9 days in to Evorel Sequi.
Since day 3, I’ve had uncontrollable bowel issues. It’s slightly better 6 days on, but still very very loose (sorry, maybe tmi?!!)
I also have Long Covid and so I’m at a very low point health wise as well.
I don’t want to stop taking HRT as I believe it will help in the long term. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m hoping it’s normal and will hear reassurance to carry on with the patches. Thank you for your time.

Hi Kim, it's actually been recommended to treat Long Covid with HRT https://meassociation.org.uk/2022/01/the-telegraph-the-doctors-treating-long-covid-with-hrt/ (https://meassociation.org.uk/2022/01/the-telegraph-the-doctors-treating-long-covid-with-hrt/), and indeed estrogen also helps bowel issues so try to stick it out, perhaps temporarily taking something for your tum.
