Title: No Lenzetto available

I’ve been using Lenzetto spray twice daily for about 8 months and have really seen improvements so I’m pretty gutted that my pharmacy can’t get stocks of Lenzetto atm. Firstly I was issued equivalent patches which were pretty useless and wouldn’t even stay stuck on to my leg. I’ve now been given Sandrena 1mg sachets and told to use one sachet per day.
Has anyone got any tips/advice about application and best time of day to use it and does anyone know if it’s very similar to Lenzetto?

I managed to get some online from the independentpharmacy - expensive but worth it.
