Is what feels like swollen & heavy calves common with estrogen patches? I don't suspect a blood clot as both legs are affected & there is no redness, pain or heat. I do however suspect, but can't be sure that i could have water retention.
I also have a pins & needles type feeling in both toes but only intermittently.
I'm lying with my legs elevated & they're tingling.

If you press your calf what happens?
Walking around can ease symptoms too. What colour is your urine?

Urine is a pale yellow & when i press my calves it feels soft.

I’ve had very achey calves since raised from 50 to 75.
How long have you been on it? It’s starting to settle for me now at 3 weeks. I’ve been doing a lot of stretching and trying to do some exercise to see it if helps.
Check symptoms of dvt but I think there’s hot red patches and is one leg.

It's when the areas stays indented and doesn't pop back that might of concern.
R they swollen or is it a sensation? Let us know how you get on.

Woke this morning & calves felt ok. I've been out shopping etc & my calves have gotten hard & achy.
Still no redness, pain as such or isolated heat anywhere.
I'm on the progesterone with estrogen patch so hopig it'll be an easy ride as my body gets used to it.
I'm praying for no side effects. Last month i felt great on it...but who knows this month 😉
I'm going to sit outside in the sun & soak up some vit d.
