Title: Topping up with gel in PMT week ? How much extra ?

Hello members . A friend said she has a bit  extra in the PMt week to help symptoms after seeing this in the Newson information. How much extra do we need ? I’m on a 100mg patch so would an extra 25or 50 mg patch or gel be right as I get awful pmt symptoms. Has anyone tried this ?

I haven't tried this but had been thinking of experimenting with a top up for a week - for me the killer week is the one when I bleed. I take the gel equivalent of what you take which is fairly high so I can't imagine more than a small increase would be condoned but it might be enough to make a difference. I'm hopefully seeing meno specialist next week and will see what he says.
If you have pms I'd also recommend trying agnus castus if you haven't already
