Title: Evorel 25 & Utrogestan first cycle - when to start again?

I've started HRT this month with Evorel 25 patches and 200mg of Utrogestan days 15-26 (12 days). I've started bleeding today which is day 24. Do I keep going with 2 more days of utrogestan or do I call this day 1 of the next cycle and start again?

I'm concerned the balance of estrogen to progesterone will be too high if I don't finish to day 26, even though they're the lowest dosage patches that I'm putting on twice a week, as last week I had really terrible sore and swollen breasts and I've read that that can be due to the wrong balance between the two?

Hi keep going with the Utrogestan for the 12 days . Start the next cycle of Utrogestan on the same date of next month. x
