Title: Feeling foggy headed and not great
Post by: purplebee on June 06, 2022, 09:01:02 AM
Hi, having upped my dose of Evorel Conti from half a patch to a full (very slowly over months) I find myself feeling a little unwell, foggy headed, tired and aching and not sleeping well, could it be that I have too much oestrogen in my body and should I start to cut back again?

It could be the increased progesterone that’s making you feel that way x
