Title: Calling all mirena users!

Had mirena fitted on Tuesday morning. Can I insert my vagifem yet, or is it too soon?

I’ve forgotten what the nurse said!

I don’t want to pull the strings ( although it’s in the uterus (?) and VF goes in vagina).

You only need to put the Vagifem in half way up. Would that do?
