What do you use to wash the applicator if you are using Ovestin or an estriol cream?
I was using a tiny bit of anti bac hand soap and warm water with a good rinse but think it’s a bit harsh for down there? I tried using my finger but end up with the cream just at the entrance to my vagina and smeared all over my finger.

I use hand soap and rinse it well. I did not think it would be too harsh as the soap is rinsed off.

I have a bottle brush from a shop that sells brewery equipment, I think DH bought them on line in a set of 12 :-\. Otherwise, warm water with soap/hand wash and a good rinse; air dry. In 6 years, no problems.

I use hot water and a straw brush cleaner

Thankyou everyone for your replies. I’ll carry on using the hand soap, I do air dry them.

Is the treatment easing symptoms?
