Title: Hello, think I'm back to normal

Hi, wish I'd found you at the start but great to be here now. There's so much experience here, thanks for all the shares.
I'm on month 7 of peri/HRT, think I've returned to the normal me at long last but it has been a scary ride!

MayB share your journey and what made you decide upon HRT? 

Peri-menopause can last for years B4 we actually realise  ::).

That's great news & thank you for sharing. It gives me hope that someday - soon - I'll find ME again & once again feel normal. Well normalish lol

I'm just at the start of the ride, but this is really encouraging to hear.
