I thought i'd give an update on my experience last week in trying to get lenzetto in Spain.
I brought my box into a pharmacy with the prescription sticker and my passport - absolutely no go. Guy behind the counter looked horrified "controlled only, sorry"
If people were getting this otc in Spain before, then things may have changed.
I only tried one pharmacy, in Madrid, so maybe I was unlucky or the guy was being over cautious, but just felt I should share.

Hi there,
I think it depends. I am in Menorca and with my prescription from my country i bought patches (shortage in my country as well).
I could buy Estradiol vaginale cream as well without prescription.
Cheers
