Hi!  as oestrogen levels drop the body may become sensitive.  My nose and feet feel cold to me  ::), DH thinks otherwise.

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  We have a thread somewhere about 'what we are suffering with today' but can't remember the title.

Browse round.

Hi, I started with tingling and numbness about 3 weeks ago. Currently my left big toe is numb and I have a tingling sensation on tip of my nose and forehead. It's like there's a constant cold breeze on those areas. I had burning feet once about two weeks ago as well. It's so worrying and frustrating. I'm only 35.
