Hi started patches in Dec 2021 came off them in March was bleeding ,had a gyno check everything fine and told can go back on hrt which I did at the end of March .I was wondering if it ok to come off them again to see if I still need them and if I do  still need them to go back on them . I went on them to help.with  VA which it didn't until I got vagirux. So was wanting to try just using vagirux on its own as it's working for me

My periods stopped 5 years ago

It’s up to you but you haven’t been on them long for them to do that much, I guess depending on if you have other symptoms of menopause? Do you still have a uterus and take Utrogestan? My understanding is that you take HRT based on symptoms, if it doesn’t help the one symptom you have I guess there would be no point?
