Title: Newbie on patches and need help for holiday

Hi everyone! Lovely to be here.  :) I am on my second cycle of Evorel Sequi (45, peri menopause with periods)
I am going on holiday the day I end my 2 weeks of Evorel conti and switch back to the Evorel 50 and so if anything like last month I’ll start a 6 day bleed. Considering it’s my first holiday in over 3 years and I’ll be on a beach with no facilities I’d really like to hold off my period. I’d be so grateful for any advice please!

If you don't have a cycle of your own you can stretch it by using an extra oestrogen patch before the conti ones. If you still have your own cycle you will bleed anyway.
